PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put malfunction right before a trouble is generated in a game island by equipping a plurality of game machines to generate a specific game condition advantageous for players, collecting and monitoring the electrically detected contents detected by detecting means placed at suitable positions on the game island, and outputting the collected electrically detected contents. SOLUTION: A plurality of game machines which generate specific game conditions advantageous for players are set on a game island 1. Sensors 10-15 are connected with an information terminals 34 which is a collecting and monitoring device equipped on the game island 1 and the electrically detected contents information measured or detected by the sensors 10-15 is outputted to an information terminal 34 and orderly monitored. The information of electrically detected contents information collected by the information collecting terminal 34 is transmitted via a communication unit 33 and a communication cable 35 to a communication unit 32 and outputted to a management computer 31 which is a central monitoring device equipped on a prescribed position in the game parlor.
