PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid coating applicator which is capable of more uniformly applying a liquid agent to the skin without exerting an excessive painful feel or damage to the skin at the time of coating to the skin and allows the smooth coating even when the coating applicator is used by facing a container upward. SOLUTION: This liquid agent coating applicator has the container 1 which has a neck part 11 in the lower part of an aperture 10 and in which the liquid agent is filled, a coating part 2 which is disposed in the state of projecting from this aperture 10 and has a high liquid retaining property and a cylindrical capillary member 3 which is disposed continuously with the lower part of the coating part 2 so as to exist along the inside of the neck part 11 of the container 1. The capillary member 3 is preferably inscribed with the inner peripheral surface of the neck part 11.
