PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably load/unload a wheelchair with reduced force by rotating operation by eliminating carrying in/out of the wheelchair of poor handleability to/from a cargo room in a half-rising posture by supporting its weight in loading/unloading the wheelchair to/from the cargo room of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A part B close to one end of a link 12 is pin-connected with a hinge bracket 11 erected at a base plate 10 installed on a cargo room floor 51, downward rotation is regulated by a stopper 6 and the other end A of the link 12 is pin-connected with a bracket 18 near the middle of a set frame 13 tying the wheelchair to tie the frame 13 to a fixed bar 7 provided on a cargo room ceiling 53 at a position where the frame 13 is housed in the cargo room.
