PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device for a vehicle, which is highly usable by simplifying the fixing operation of the wheelchair. SOLUTION: Wheel guides 1 guiding moving of front wheels 51 of the wheel chair 50 and regulating its horizontal moving and a regulating board 21 which is stand-rotated obliquely backward to be in contact with the rear side of a rear wheel 52 and can be held at a standing position by a rope member 24 are provided on a floor surface Y in a cabin. In addition, a right and left pair of belt guides 35 are arranged on the floor surface in front of the board 21. Then, a fixing belt 31 is put through both of the guides 35 in the state of putting across, hooks 33 provided on both of the right/left ends of the belt 31 are engaged with the frame 50a of the wheelchair 50 and then, the belt 31 is fastened to connect a buckle 34. Thus, the drawing force of the belt 31 is operated obliquely downward to fix the wheelchair 50.
