<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance property and mechanical strength by forming a solenoid plunger by ferrite solenoid stainless steel including chrome, silicon, and molybdenum by a specified rate, and forming a return spring and the like by titanium alloy. SOLUTION: An solenoid pump 1 is provided with a plunger case 16 fitted to an axial core vertical penetrating hole of an solenoid coil 22, and solenoid plungers 15 energized in directions opposed to each other by a return spring 18 for recovering and a holding spring 17 for holding a support are fitted freely to move in reciprocation. An intake valve mechanism including an intake valve 30, an intake valve seat 31 and an intake valve spring 32, and a discharge valve mechanism including a discharge valve 34, a discharge valve seat 33, and a discharge valve spring 35, are built in the solenoid plunger 15. In this case, the solenoid plunger 15 is formed of ferrite solenoid stainless steel including chrome of 20%, silicon of 2%, and molybdenum of 2%. Each of springs 17, 18, 32, 35 are formed of a material including titanium alloy (for example,β-shaped titanium, vanadium of 22%, and aluminum of 4%).</p> |
