PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable polymer composition that gives a thermoplastic elastomer foamed article which has fine foams of a uniform size uniformly distributed inside the foamed article, is free from roughness or a concave and convex pattern on the surface due to foam collapse, non-uniformity in foam diameter or the like, and is excellent in appearance and also excellent in flexibility and mechanical characteristics. SOLUTION: Into 100 pts.wt. of a polymer compositon that comprises 70-95 wt.% of (A) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of (A-1) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and (A-2) a block copolymer comprising an aromatic vinyl compound polymer block and a conjugated diene polymer block and/of the hydrogenation product of the block copolymer and 30-5 wt.% of (B) an olefin polymer, 0.2-5 pts.wt. of (C) a heat decomposable foaming agent is incorporated.
