PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Mg-Si type aluminum alloy material excellent in zinc phosphate treating property, adhesion of coated film, and corrosion resistance after coating and usable suitably as a member for automobile outer sheet in particular. SOLUTION: This material has a zincate treatment film containing, as an alloy component, a metal having an electric potential nobler than that of Zn. It is preferable that the alloy component in the zincate treatment film is composed of at least one or more elements among Cu, Fe, Ni, and Sn and further the average size of crystalline grains of the Zn alloy zincate film formed by zincate treatment is <1μm.
