PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain bath articles composition excellent in effects on improving itching of skin and eczema and preventing their episode by including a specific chalchichin compound. SOLUTION: This bath articles includes (A) the (chalchichin) compound expressed by formula I (R1 is H or CH3CO-; A is formula II or formula III; B is -OH or -OOH), and preferably including (B) ceramides, and the extract (C) obtained by extracting seeds of Avena fatua by water or/and water-soluble organic solvent. The component A is obtained by extracting a block of seeds of Amomum xanthioides Wallich belonging to genes Zingiberaceae or the like by ethanol or the like, purifying the extract by gel filtration or silica gel column chromatography, the bath articles is formulated >=0.1 mg or the component A, using 0.1μg/kg of A in the bathe, 0.01 to 50 wt.% of the component B and 0.01 to 30% of C.
