PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate shortage of deceleration caused by delay of pressurizing by increasing a brake pressurizing amount when actual depression time is longer than an ideal depression time comparing with the case that the actual depression time is shorter than an ideal depression time. SOLUTION: Wheel speeds Vw1, Vw2 of right and left front wheels are set to be control speeds Vs1, Vs2, these control speeds Vs1, Vs2, a control speed Vs3 from a low select circuit 9, a pseudo car body speed Vv determined by a pseudo car body speed calculating circuit 10 are fed into control logic circuits 12-14. Based on these signals, each control logic circuit ON/OFF controls a hold valve HV and a decay valve DV for each system. During this control, prevention of pressurizing delay, which occurs when a vehicle intrudes in a road surface (lowμroad) having a low friction coefficient for an instant during running, and then returns to normal road surface (highμroad) running is controlled.
