ABSORBENT INSERTS, METHOD OF PRODUCING THEM AND THEIR USE

PURPOSE: A packaged of absorbent method and produce are provided to include a super absorbent insert for food package which protects a food from bacterial attack. CONSTITUTION: A food packaged of absorbent is a liquid-absorbing component of the insert being a super absorbent polymer which, permanently absorb and hold large amounts of liquid in a previously unattainable manner, protects the food from bacterial attack, and prevents the packaged goods from contamination by migrating soluble constituents of the polymer. A super absorbent is obtained to crossed link agent combinations. A use in food packaging, as an ice-substitute and for protection against leakage in packaged for transport.
