PURPOSE: A controller is provided to improve work efficiency and a stability of a work in a narrow area such as a subway work place or in a work place near dangerous materials. CONSTITUTION: A controller of a work area is composed of: a lower traveling body(1), an upper revolving body(2) equipped to be revolved on the lower traveling body(1), a first rotation member(3) having one end fixed at the upper revolving body(1) by a pivot to be rotated by the driving of a boom cylinder(6), a second rotation member(4) having one end fixed at the other end of the first rotation member(3) by a pivot to be rotated by the driving of an arm cylinder(7), a bucket(5) fixed to be rotated by the driving of the bucket cylinder(8) at the other end of the second rotation member(4), and a control valve(13) of an amount of flow for controlling a flow direction of operation oil supplied to each hydraulic pressure cylinder. A first sensor(9) is established for detecting a relative rotation angle of the first rotation member(3) to the upper revolving body(2) between the upper revolving body(2) and the first rotation member(3). And an electric joystick(14) is installed for generating an electric signal in proportion to an amount of operation of a user. And a controller(21) is connected for continuously operating a work equipment in a work area established by controlling the control valve(13) of an amount of flow.
