THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR OF EVAPORATOR FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A throttle position sensor of an evaporator is provided to prepare a proper mixer and to improve the performance of an engine by preventing the mis-judgment caused by abrasion when detecting the position of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve(1) is integrally revolved with a rotary shaft(19) by leg power given through an accelerator pedal to control the opening degree. At the same time, a plate(10) is integrally revolved with the rotary shaft. A light emitting unit(21) irradiates lights regularly while the brightness of the plate is changed according to the opening degree of the throttle valve. The amount of lights transferred to a light receiving unit(22) is changed and the receiving unit(22) outputs voltage proportional to the lights to a control unit. The control unit decides the opening degree of the throttle valve and controls the mixing ratio. An optical sensor(20) and the plate(10) are not transformed to exactly confirm the position of the throttle valve. Therefore, the optical sensor can improve the performance of an engine by providing the proper mixing ratio.
