PURPOSE: A clip is provided to improve the workability by shortening the working time and to reduce manufacturing costs by producing only a single component instead of producing two individual components by using a clip having a spring washer and a retainer ring integrated when assembling an accelerator pedal to a bracket. CONSTITUTION: An accelerator pedal(10) is returned to the original position by a return spring(14) if a driver has put the foot off the accelerator pedal to shift a gear after starting or accelerating a vehicle by stepping on the accelerator pedal. An axis(13) fixed to a lever(11) is moved to left and right if the accelerator pedal is revolved up and down. Then a spring washer of a clip(20) is inserted into the axis when working the lever to elastically support a bracket(12) to minimize the clearance with the bracket. Also, a retainer ring of the clip is inserted into an insertion groove(23) of the axis to prevent components such as a bush(15) and the like from being displaced from the axis.
