PURPOSE: A plastic optical component having reflective preventing film and an equipment for uniforming thickness of a reflective preventing film are provided to decrease a heterogeneousness of an interference color by a distribution difference of a film thickness by forming a reflective preventing film by a sputter method. CONSTITUTION: A reflective preventing film(13) is formed to a plastic substrate(10). A hard film(11) is coated in the reflective preventing film(13). A least layer film(131) is located to a side of the plastic substrate(10) in the reflective preventing film(13). The least layer film(131) is a high reflective index film. A low reflective index film(132) is formed on the least layer film(131). First layer film(131), third layer film(133), fifth layer film(135), seventh layer film(137) and ninth layer film(139) are a high reflective index film. Second layer film(132), fourth layer film(134), sixth layer film(136), eighth layer film(138), tenth layer film(140) are a low reflective index film. An outer side of the tenth layer film(140) is the atmosphere.
