PURPOSE: A wrapping container is provided to perfectly maintain the grip rigidity and the shape stability after storing for a long time and to have a storage stability while storing in refrigerating mediums containing liquids. CONSTITUTION: A laminate(10) for wrapping is constituted with a kind of a plastic layer(12) selected among the group composed of a fibrous middle layer(11), polypropylene, HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) and polyester. Also, the plastic layer is biaxially oriented film. At the inside of a central layer(12), a layer(16) made of aluminum foil for example for increasing an additional stability is formed. The reasons for maintaining a grip stability of the wrapping container are as follows: improved liquid interception property, thick thickness and outer layer having a high material rigidity used now and before.
