PURPOSE: A turbine spline seal is provided to easily shift the seal and not to easily damage. CONSTITUTION: A turbine spline seal(10) contains a long turbine seal member(112) having a unit of length, a first end(114) and a second end(116) facing each other. The turbine seal member(112) is long and imperforate, and contains a manually-flexible first part(118) and a manually-rigid second part(120) closed to the first part(118) lengthwise. The first part(118) is arranged between the first end(114) and the second part(120) lengthwise, the second part(120) is arranged between the first part(118) and the second end(116) lengthwise, and the second part(120) is extended near the second end(116) lengthwise. Thereby a metal strip(124) is a monolithic metal strip. The second part(120) forms an installing bracket(128), and has an installing guide hole(132) arranged between the first part(118) and the second end(116) lengthwise.
