PURPOSE: A printed wiring board is provided to prevent an environmental disruption by using an aromatic amine as a polymer not to use any halogen material in a printed board. CONSTITUTION: A printed wiring board comprises a board material(1) using an epoxy resins a base resin, a wiring pattern(2), and a solder mask(3). The board material does not contain a halogen atom and the epoxy resin is a resin hardening an aromatic amine as a polymer. The wiring pattern is formed on the board material as a conductive material. The solder mask contains a non-halogen pigment and covers a predetermined portion of the wiring pattern. The board material is composed of by a glass epoxy material and contains a phosphorous compound.
