PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the durabilities of endless conveyor belts from lowering and each specified spot on a production line is pressurized by changing the load of each upside roll by a method wherein rolls are arranged both on the upside and downside of the endless conveyor belts so as to load the upside rolls under the condition that the downside rolls are fixed in order to pinch between a pair of the endless conveyor belts. SOLUTION: A foamable thermoplastic resin sheet 1 consisting of foamable thermoplastic resin particulate bodies 2 and a thin foamable thermoplastic resin film 3 is fed between endless conveyor belts 32 and 33. In addition, on the top face of the endless conveyor belt 32, weighing rolls 41 and 43 are provided, while, on the under face of endless conveyor belt 33, back-up rolls 42 and 44 are provided so as to load the endless conveyor belts 32 and 33. Under the condition that the movements of the weighing rolls 41 and 43 except their vertical movement and the motions of the back-up rolls 42 and 44 except their rotation are restricted, the own weights of the weighing rolls 41 and 43 are applied to the endless conveyor belt 32. Further, by arranging a plurality of sets of a pair of rolls, the distances between roll pairs and the weights of the weighing rolls are changed in every roll pair. |
