PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of a molten rubber material to be injected from a nozzle part exactly to a desired temperature level by setting a squeeze control device activated by a rotary valve only at a position where the molten rubber material flows out of the rotary valve. SOLUTION: A hydraulic oil is supplied to the motor of a screw drive device and a hydraulic cylinder 2 to drive a screw rotatively and forward. Further a rubber ribbon supplied from outside is made into a molten rubber material 5 by the hydraulic cylinder 2. Next the molten rubber material 5 is sent out to a nozzle passageway 4 from the cylinder 2 in accordance with the advance velocity of the screw. A valve control device outputs a control signal for controlling a rotary valve 6 to an opening corresponding to the advance velocity of the screw. After that, a valve drive device drives the rotary valve 6 to control the squeezing of the molten rubber material 5. The molten rubber material 5 is squeezed under control at one spot on the outlet side of a valve passageway 6A of the rotary valve 6 and thereby, the temperature of the molten rubber material 5 rubber frictional resistance is controlled. |
