PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graft copolymer capable of giving a coating film excellent in weatherability, luster, water droplet slipping properties, water repellency and antifouling properties, especially initial antifouling properties by randomly copolymerizing a specific fluororesin with a polysiloxane and an alkoxypolyalkylene glycol. SOLUTION: This graft copolymer is obtained by randomly copolymerizing 2-66 wt.% of (A) an organic solvent-soluble fluororesin having radically polymerizable unsaturated bonding units through urethane bonds, 4-40 wt.% of (B) a polysiloxane radically polymerizable at a one-side end and expressed by formula I and/or formula II [R1 to R12 are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon; (n) and (q) are each >=2; (p) is 0-10] and 1-25 wt.% of (C) an alkoxypolyalkylene glycol radically polymerizable at a one-side end and expressed by formula III [R13 is H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon; R14 is a 1-10C hydrocarbon; R15 is a 1-10C hydrocarbon which may be a straight chain or branched chain and may be substituted with a halogen; (l) is >=1; (m) is an arbitrary integer] and 28-92 wt.% of (D) a radically polymerizable monomer except the ingredients A-C.
