PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high lift working safety device of a high lift working vehicle which is capable of surely preventing an accident that a worker falls down from a working platform, and safe in the high altitude work where the working platform is arranged at a high lift. SOLUTION: In a boom having a working platform 5 is mounted on a vehicle at least in a derricking manner, and at least the derricking operation of the boom is possible by an operation device 51 provided on the working platform 5, the working platform 5 is provided with a part 9 to be locked which is locked/unlocked to/from a locking part 8 of a safety belt worn by a worker, a detector 10 to detect that the locking part 8 effects the locking is provided on the part 9 to be locked, and when the detector 10 detects that the locking part 8 is locked to the part 9 to be locked, the operation of the boom by the operation device 51 becomes possible.
