PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a guide shoe from coming into contact with a foreign matter caught in a door sill so as to prevent a door from becoming unoperative when the door is opened and closed. SOLUTION: In a door guide device provided on a door 1 sliding along a door sill groove 3a, a guide shoe 21 attached to a lower part of the door 1 so as to engage a tip part 21a with the door sill groove 3a and hold members 22, 24 holding the guide shoe 21 so as to move only in a predetermined scope along the slide direction of the door 1 are provided. Consequently, even when a foreign matter is caught in the door sill groove 3a and running of the door 1 is prevented, the guide shoe 21 moves along the slide direction of the door 1 to open and close the door 1.
