PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precast concrete columns and a joint structure of the columns with beams such that the beams extending through one linear span can be joined on the end faces of the capital parts of the columns by on-site joint means without timbering while using no beam components of complicated form which extend through plural spans, and that sufficient resistance and rigidity can be secured at the junctions between the columns and the beams. SOLUTION: A column joint member 5 for connecting column main reinforcement 6 is buried in the capital part 3 of a column main body 2 and a column main reinforcement connecting end portion 6a secured to the column joint member buried in the capital part of the column of a lower story is projected from the end face of the pedestal part of the column main body. A joint construction for a beam has the pair of upper and lower columns. At a joint for the beam, the plurality of beams 9 extend laterally and/or longitudinally within the same plane with the beam ends opposite each other, and beam main reinforcement connecting end portions 11 projecting from the opposite beam ends are connected together by an on-site joint means 12. The column main reinforcement connecting end portions are passed between the beam main reinforcement connecting end portions and the on-site joint means for the beam and secured to the column joint member of the lower-story column.
