PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the simplification of execution and the reduction of an execution period by providing a bottom concrete simultaneously and integrally forming the foundation beam of steel framed structure, foundation concrete covering and fixing it and an earthen floor concrete. SOLUTION: A hole-in anchor 1 is set on sub-slab concrete provided at the prescribed position of foundation B. Next, a foundation beam 10 is set on the hole-in anchor 1. A nut with a washer 2 is previously screwed on the hole-in anchor 1 to ascend and descend the nut with the washer 2 so as to perform the level adjustment of the foundation beam 10, and the position adjustment of the foundation beam 10 is performed. After the foundation beam 10 is fixed, a steel framed structure is assembled, earthen floor concrete 22 is placed and foundation concrete 21 is placed. As the result, the level adjustment and positioning of the foundation beam 10 are facilitated, and the reduction of an execution period is enabled by simultaneously performing the placing of the foundation concrete 21 and the earthen floor concrete 22.
