PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attaching structure of an inspection cover which can be changed in the opening and closing directions of an inspection cover provided on a cover plate even after the installation of the case for an underground structure. SOLUTION: An inspection cover 4 is suspended from mutually opposite sides of an inspection window on the back of a cover plate 3, and two bars which are severally attached mutually in parallel at equal spaces from an another mutually opposite side are used as support shafts 10, 10, and a L-shaped steel 6 is opened inward along one side of the back of the inspection cover 4 and attached so as to form a U-shaped sectional form. A cylinder is formed so that, when one side of a L-shaped metal fitting 7 is attached to the back of the inspection cover 4 with screws, the opened part may be shut by an another upright side, and the L-shaped metal fitting 7 is detachably attached to either of support shafts 10, 10 of the inspection window of the cover plate 3.
