PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect an unfair act by electric waves on a pinball game machine. SOLUTION: Whether all of 8 bits are in the high level (inputted signal ON) or not is judged (S601) on the addresses 8004-8007 set as inputted addresses. It cannot be considered that the 8 bits all together are in the high level though it is possible that 2 or 3 bits out of the 8 bits can be simultaneously in the high level. Accordingly all 8 bits are in the high level can be regarded as some noise invaded (an unfair act by electric waves was carried out). Consequently if YES was judged in S601, it is formed as a generation of abnormality to the management computer to execute an information process such as flashing a top lamp in a pattern set for an abnormality alarm (S605).
