PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide liquid from a filling port to discharge ports through a passage, to flow it on the surface of a chopping board to clean the surface, and disinfect the surface by the liquid having bactericidal action by forming the filling port and the discharge ports of the liquid in the surface, and by forming a flow passage communicating them inside the chopping board. SOLUTION: On the surface of a chopping board 1 having two major surfaces 2a and four sides 2e-2h, a filling port 3 and discharge ports 5 for liquid (hot water) are formed and these are communicated with each other by a flow passage 7 formed inside the chopping board 1. A nozzle 4 attaching/detaching one end of a hose is attached to the filling port 3. Liquid is let to flow from the discharge ports 5 with the one sides 2h faced upward so as to be uniformly distributed to the both major surfaces 2a and wash the both major surfaces 2a equally. A penetrating hole 9 is formed in the chopping board 1 parallel to one side 2h having the discharge ports 5 formed therein and a support rod is inserted in the penetrating hole 9 so that the chopping board 1 is rotationally journalled thereto and facilitate the flowing of the liquid.
