TREATING DEVICE FOR SOYBEAN SPROUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating device for soybean sprouts capable of solving inconveniences such that the soybean sprouts are nipped between two members or the sprouts are damaged, and improving the treating capacity as the treating device. SOLUTION: This treating device is provided by installing a freely rotatable drum member 27 on the down stream side of a supplying conveyer X for making soybean sprouts M being conveyed by the rotation of the whole of the drum member 27, and also an air-blowing mechanism 10 for drying the supplied sprouts by blowing air thereto. Further, at the inside of the drum member 27, a duct member 33 is installed so as to collect water content generated by the air-blowing to the sprouts by the air-blowing mechanism 10 and discharge it to the outside.
