<p>PURPOSE: A device for transmitting teletype signal by radio electric communication system and method thereof are provided to present the teletype information to users without the system. CONSTITUTION: A device for transmitting teletype signal by radio electric communication system comprises a transmitter(222) abstracting information fROM teletype signals, and a receiver(224) receiving the signals. The transmitter represents the abstracted information as at least one message in accordance with a format, and transmits the at least one message and/or the teletype signals to a radio electric communication system. The receiver determines whether or not the received signals are the teletype signals transmitting the teletype information in accordance with the format, and decodes the teletype information.</p> |
