PURPOSE: A peptide chemical reagent for detecting a human cytomegalovirus(CMV) has a reactive peptide and antibody about the CMV, and a cell strain produces a monoclonal antibody, indirectly detects antibody by using a directive monoclonal and a polyclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION: A peptide reagent for detecting antibody about cytomegalovirus(CMV)has a peptide generated from pp150(UL32) being cytomegalovirus(CMV) structure phosphorous albumin. The peptide reagent has pp52(UL44) being a cytomegalovirus(CMV) albumin. The peptide reagent has pp28(UL99) or gB(UL55). The peptide induced from CMV pp150 albumin involves amino-acid being recorded to amino-acid order. Thereby, the peptide chemical reagent for detecting a human cytomegalovirus(CMV) has a reactive peptide and antibody about the CMV, and a cell strain produces a monoclonal antibody, indirectly detects antibody by using a directive monoclonal and a polyclonal antibody.
