发明名称 MULTIROVE FILAMENT OF HIGH DENIER OF THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming an LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer) multi rove filament of high denier over 50dpf is provided to orientate regularly, and to improve the mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistances. CONSTITUTION: A forming process of octarove monofilament spun and thermally processed an aromatic polyester and a polyesteramide comprises: heating a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer over its melting transferring temperature; forming a multi rove filament by passing the melted polymer into a compressing chamber installed an extruding capillary tube having a multi rove section; winding the filament with an appropriate draw-down. The formed filament is at least 50denier/dpf, and its section has a regular molecular orientation. The produced filament shows the excellent elongation by thermally processing in a stage.
