PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a link and a pin of crawler and its fixing method are provided to secure the maintaining force of the link for an axial direction of the pin, and to easily and certainly process a structure for preventing an escape of the pin by a pressing tooth hole for fixing to install in a machine using an existing press. CONSTITUTION: Plural left and right step less-type links(6,7) are jointly connected in a link chain(3). Each end(24) of one side curved to the outside of the left and the right links(6,7) is the end for pressing a pin to connect with the pin(5), and a pressing hole of pin is formed to press both ends of the pin(5) in the end for pressing the pin(24). The pressing hole(29) of each pin pressed the pin is equipped a hermetic sealing member(10) to seal a lubricant gathered inside the pin(5). A hole for injecting oil(37) to inject the lubricant is formed in an axial center of one side end of the pin(5), a storing unit for lubricant(38) connected with the injecting hole of oil(37) is formed in the axial center of the pin(5), the storing unit of lubricant(38) and the outer circumference of the pin(5) are connected by inserting a branch hole or an oil hole(39) between them, and the lubricant is supplied to the inner circumference of a push. The injecting hole of oil(37) is closed by a sealing stopper for lubricant.
