PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a dynamic picture image of a frame CCD(Charge Coupled Device) is provided to display the dynamic picture image displayed in an interlaced form, by using a clock signal with low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring a dynamic picture image of a frame CCD(ChargeCoupled Device) comprises the steps of: two buffers storing output of a CCD signal processor by storing/outputting/sharing the output, in an SDRAM(Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory); outputting the SDRAM data by the two buffers storing/outputting/sharing in turn, to an encoder; operating the SDRAM to a clock which is over three times than a clock, which data from the CCD signal processor is outputted, by having a plurality of switches transitted to appoint an input/output path of each buffer, and reducing heat caused by a clock with a high speed and power consumption. An image outputting section is composed of a first, a second output buffer. Each output buffer stores the image data outputted from the CCD signal processor by comparing with a CLK(Clock) in turn, and repeating an outputting process so that the previously stored image data can be stored in an image memory device in turn, according to an SDCLK(Synchronous Dynamic Clock).
