PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous acrylic-urethane copolymer composition having excellent adhesion to a hardly adhesive plastic film, and to provide a use of the composition. SOLUTION: This aqueous acrylic-urethane copolymer composition is obtained by chain extension in water, using (e) a specific chain extender of the neutralized product of an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer prepared by using (a) an organic polyisocyanate compound, (b) a polymeric polyol containing 5-50 wt.% of an acrylic polyol 0-100 deg.C in glass transition temperature and 10-100 in hydroxyl number, (c) a compound having both an anionic group and active hydrogen, and optionally (d) a chain extender.
