PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product having no sticking at a cooking by a method wherein a molded matter is molded by pouring a resin material between a fluororesin film stuck on an inner die and the inner surface of an outer mold so as to demold the resin molded matter integral with the fluororesin film from the inner and outer dies. SOLUTION: As the material of a die no special limitation is present and generally a metal excellent in a heat resistance such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy or the like is employed. On the surface of the inner die 1, a fluororesin film 4 is formed. In addition, in order to realize the easy demolding of the fluorine film from the surface of the inner die 1, a releasing treatment is applied to the surface of the inner die 1. As one of the releasing treatment, a ceramic releasable film 3 is formed on the surface of the inner die 1 and then the fluororesin film 4 on the film 3. In addition, the application of the releasing treatment or the formation of the ceramic releasable film 3 on the surface of the outer mold 2 is also preferable. |
