PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain functional microcapsule enabling catechins and saponins involved to exert their inherent excellent functions and advantages to the upper limits, and to obtain a functional microcapsule composite. SOLUTION: This microcapsule comprises a capsule wall material of organic macromolecule, and catechins and/or saponins contained within the capsule wall. Also, the other objective composite is obtained by having the microcapsules carried on a base material or formulated with a base agent. |
