PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable always clean treatment without touching filth with hands, to make a throw-away sanitary box hygienic and to lessen labor by mounting a bag consisting of paper type material or plastic to paper, subjecting the paper to the formation of folding seam lines and coloration, thereby forming a throw-away box. SOLUTION: This throw-away box is formed by mounting the bag to the paper. Regenerated paper, etc. are used for the paper, and plastic films and sheets of polyethylene, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, etc. are used for the bag. The paper and bag constituting the throw-away box are combustibles and may be presented as burning refuse to a refuse recovering place. In addition, the environmental pollution in combustion may be obviated. Since the throw-away box is disposable, the always fresh and clean treatment may be executed without touching the filth with the hands. The hygienic treatment may thus be executed with the lessened labor. Further, the throw-away box may be formed as a foldable type and may be formed to a desired shape and size by adequately forming the folding lines.
