PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unitized building enabling a room space below a roof to be widened, and having a lean-to that needs a small man-hour for construction at a construction site. SOLUTION: Roof units 31, 32, in which roof panels 311, 321 having roof surfaces are joined with support panels 312, 322 to provide lower spaces that open at bottom faces, are installed on lower-story room units 11, 12 and one side edge of the roof unit 32 is provided in contact with the exterior wall part 21 of an upper-story room unit 2. Thereby a room space A is formed in which the lower spaces in the roof units 11, 12 are communicated with room spaces in the lower-story room units 11, 12.
