摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the wall thickness of the steel pipe in a panel zone to be a thin wall similar to the other pillar part by arranging a reinforcing plate in the steel pipe, and standingly providing stud bolts projecting from it in the parts housed by a pedestal and a capital. SOLUTION: A reinforcing plate 7 connecting with one parts of an upper pedestal 8 and a lower capital 9 is arranged through a panel zone 6, and stud bolts 10 are standingly provided in the parts housed by the pedestal 8 and the capital 9. Further, by winding a spiral reinforcement 11 on the outer circumference of the positions where the stud bolts 10 are standingly provided, the stud bolts 10 and the spiral reinforcement 11 bind the reinforcing plate 7 and charged concrete 4 to improve mutual integrated property. As a result, rigidity around the panel zone 6 is effectively raised, and the wall thickness of the square steel pipe 3 in the panel zone 6 can be set to be a thin wall similar to the wall thickness of the other pillar part. Further even if a hoop reinforcement is arranged instead of the spiral reinforcement 11, a similar action effect can be obtained.
