UNDERWATER RIPRAP LEVELING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently and stably level an underwater riprap layer. SOLUTION: An underwater riprap leveling method is such a method as the slope of a back filling stone layer 3 backfilled to a caisson 2 installed on a rubble mound 1 is leveled off. Then, a frame-shaped guide frame 11 is bridged between the upper surface 1a of the caisson 2 and the toe surface 6 of slope by using expansible bearing legs 15, the slope of the back filling stone layer 3 is leveled off by a leveling rake 12 and a rolling roller 13 provided to a moving body 14 while moving the moving body 14 downward from above along the guide frame 11, and the leveling rake 12 and rolling roller 13 are laterally moved to complete the leveling of the inside of the frame in the guide frame 11. After that, while a wheel 18 provided to the upper part side of the guide frame 11 is mounted on a rail 17 located on the caisson 2, the lower part side of the guide frame 11 is hung up with a rope from a working craft, and the whole guide frame 1 is laterally moved to make the following leveling.
