PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release an inoperable state by providing an output code having a first relation with an individual code stored in an individual code memory, and releasing the inoperable state for burglar of a controlled circuit when it is judged that an individually judging code and the individual code have a second relation. SOLUTION: An individual code A22 is stored in a memory region M22 in a memory 21 connected with a processing circuit 5 of an audio device 1. The individual code A22 is calculated based on a predetermined first relation, an output code A221 is determined from a display means, and an individually judging code B2 stored in a memory region M23 is provided. This output code A221 is determined by, for example, a dealer arithmetic processing unit. The individually judging code B2 is supplied to an individual code relation judging means, when the individual code A22 and the individually judging code B2 have a predetermined second relation, any inoperable state for burglar is released.
