<p>PURPOSE: A product containing an expansible and flexible cover and a method for preparation thereof are provided, which product is used for production of the flawless product in appearance such as a toy animal, a doll, a ball, a cushion and a headrest of a car. CONSTITUTION: A product containing an expansible and flexible cover comprises a flexible cover(3) equipped with each blank(1,2) connected with a seam(4), and a soft foam filler(11); and is constructed such that an opening(7) is nearly closed by pulling the short part(9) of at least one thread(8) provided to one seam, and the connecting part(5,6) of a thread and a steam is permanently fixed and combined in the inside of a cover by a reaction mixture and/or the cured soft polyurethane foam material(11). The thread(8) preferably contains a monofilament yarn(8).</p> |
