PURPOSE: A hinge of a shape capable of economically producing is provided to have a leaf spring for generating a closing moment at a cup shaped hinge by a simple method. CONSTITUTION: A hinge includes a hinge arm(1) and the hinge arm(1) surrounds a hinge axis(3) by a rolled end(2) of the lower part to form the same axis-strut hole. A tongue(15) for forming a lever arm is protruded by bending from the rolled end(2) of the hinge arm(1). At an elastic part of a front side of a leaf spring(10), a curvature having a flat end is provided to give a closing moment to the tongue(15) having the leaf spring(10) protruded by being bent. A retaining arm is guided to move vertically on a base plate and a pin is guided, which is equipped at a side bridge of the retaining arm at an oval hole. The rear end of the retaining arm is connected to the base plate by an eccentric control and the hinge is controlled by rotating the eccentric control. |
