PURPOSE: A device of bulging process are provided to bulge a workpiece without the generation of cracks in the workpiece regardless of the shape of the inner heading face of a metal mold for forming a bulge cavity. CONSTITUTION: A bulge processing device is comprised of a pair of a first and a second combining metals for forming a cavity inside, an inner heading face of the first and second combining metals for forming a certain bulge shape of a workpiece, a rolling tool for supplying a shaft line compression force to the workpiece so as to perform a bulging process of the workpiece easily and an outside pressure supplier for supplying the liquid of high pressure into an outer space formed between the inner heading face of the first and second combining metals and the outside face of the workpiece. |
