PURPOSE: A method for charging money and device thereof are provided to solve the problem that user himself visits a charging plate, and to provide user with convenience such as money charge, cancel and information change. CONSTITUTION: A device for charging money comprises a radio signal receipt block(210), a memory block(230), an operation logic block(220) and a noncontact block(240). The block(210) receives radio signals and determines transfer error. The block(230) stores the charged money. The operation logic block(220) performs identification process using a serial number, ID etc., to store the charged money data in the memory block(230) if identified. The block(240) detects and converts the charging signals from a card charger into prescribed format to transfer them to the logic block(220) or the memory block(230)
