PURPOSE: A capacitor circuit for an integrated circuit is provided to reduce area of a capacitor by increasing the capacitance of a small capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor circuit for an integrated circuit comprises: a first input/output terminal; a second input/output terminal; a capacitor; a first current amplification element; and a second current amplification element. The capacitor including a first and a second terminals has a decreased capacitance multiplied by the reciprocal of a predetermined amplification ratio. The first current amplification element coupled to the first input/output terminal and the capacitor has a relativity of a predetermined amplification ratio between the current flowing through the capacitor and the current of the first input/output terminal. Finally, the second current amplification element coupled to the second input/output terminal and the capacitor has a relativity of a predetermined amplification ratio between the current flowing through the capacitor and the current of the second input/output terminal.
