PURPOSE: A device for multicolor plating or peeling and a method thereof are provided which keeps high quality and productivity by simply and completely cutting off the part except the working part to be plated or peeled. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises of: (i) an upper plate(200) and a lower plate(300)which are nonconductors; (ii) exposing parts(210, 310) which form independent multiple space going through the upper plate and the lower plate to expose the working part of a working subject(100); (iii) shielding means(220, 320) which are adhered to each one side of the upper plate and the lower plate except the exposing parts to shield the part except the working part of the working subject. The method comprises the steps of: (i) positioning the working subject in the upper plate and the lower plate where the shielding means(220, 320) are adhered; and (ii) plating or peeling the exposed part of the exposing part of the working subject.
