PURPOSE: An instrument having a convenience of carrying and installment at both production center and fields is provided which can be used for boiling and drying at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises of: a main body(1) with a door possible to open and close (3) with opening in one side in spite of being closed with heat preserving material(2); water tank(7) topped with a board(8) on the upper part with a space from the floor of the main body; guide rails(9) to insert sifters can be put a Chinese material inside of the main body; locking device(20) to lock by tightening with nut and bolt between the door; attaching discharging valve(10) on the water tank, followed by attaching heat valve on the other side; attaching pressure valve(12) with pressure gauge(13) and ventilation valve(14) on the main body.
