PURPOSE: A power reset circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to generate a power reset control signal, by using a power supply voltage charging circuit after power reset pulse is generated, and to prevent current pass to a ground terminal from a power supply terminal. CONSTITUTION: A power reset circuit of a semiconductor device comprises: a power supply voltage charging circuit for generating power reset control voltage, as power supply voltage is increased from low voltage to high voltage; a power reset pulse generating circuit for generating reset pulse according to the generated power reset control voltage, when the power supply voltage is increased to the high voltage; a first operator for being operated by the generated control signal, and for controlling current pass generating the power reset pulse as the power supply voltage is increase to the high voltage; a second operator for beng operated by an output signal of the first operator, and for controlling output voltage of the first operator, as the power supply voltage is increased to the high voltage; a third operator for being operated by the generated signal from the charging signal, and for controlling the current pass generating the power reset pulse, according to an output signal of the second operator; and a pulse generator for generating the power reset pulse according to the control signal from the charging circuit and the output signal of the third operator.
