PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clean wear preventable of falling off of a tubular part of clean shoes even after repeating the laundry. SOLUTION: This wear has following structures and parts; a clean wear 12 comprises a clothing part 14 and a pair of clean shoes 16 and the clothing part 14 comprises two leg parts 1404. Each of the clean shoes 16 comprises a shoe part 1602 and a tubular part 1604 extended from the shoe part 1602 to upper direction and the upper end of the tubular part 1604 is situated in the neighborhood of a knee. The tubular part 1604 of each clean shoes 16 is fitted at the leg part 1404 and fitting state of the tubular part 1604 to the leg part 1404 is formed so as to be held by an inlaying button 20. The inlaying button 20 has a structure capable of fastening and loosing by a convex device 2002 and a concave device 2004 and the convex device 2002 is fitted to the tubular part 1604 and the concave device 2004 is fitted to the leg part 1404.
